A station backup or a points export, plus the description of operations and the drawings.

Design and previews
This is where we design the graphics. We send you examples of the custom design before we go on, so we know we are on the right path. Then you see every page as a preview before anything goes on the station.

Implementation
This is the doing part. We build the pages, bind them to the station and engineer them against the description of operations. Every page is checked before witnessing.

Go live
We upload the pages and make them live. On an existing supervisor they go on in batches, and a new station gets all its pages in one run. Then we do our final checks on the live system.

Handover
We take your final comments and make the adjustments. Then you get the pages as they are on live, with the QA record and the change log.

Graphics for a new station

A new station gets its pages from our own Niagara 4 graphics library. Every page is drawn to one standard, so the whole system reads the same way.

Graphics added to an existing supervisor

Where a supervisor already has graphics, we match the style that is on it. The new pages go on in that style beside the ones already there.

Touchscreen panel pages

Panel pages are built to the exact size of the screen they run on and made for kiosk use. Nothing opens a pop-up or drops out of the display.

Reporting and alarm escalation

We can add scheduled reports on energy, run hours and comfort, sent by email to the people who need them. Alarms go to email by class, with escalation when one is not acknowledged. We also set up the dashboards and the user accounts.

Trend 963 to IQVision upgrades

We take a Trend 963 system across to IQVision as a full package. Every page is rebuilt clean in IQVision. Points, histories, alarms and schedules are carried over and checked.

The package also covers custom SVG libraries, support at go-live and witnessing, and the reporting and alarm escalation described above.

We rebuild every page with our own tools and check each one against the description of operations before witnessing. The aim is a system that works properly for the end client.
